## Q: Can my documents be leaked externally?

All data is encrypted and securely processed on AWS servers. Strict security policies prevent unauthorized access.

## Q: Does Wissly use my documents to train AI?

No. Wissly runs on Google Vertex AI, whose terms **contractually guarantee that customer data is not used to train foundation models**. See [How Data Is Processed](/en/security/data-processing) for the full flow.

## Q: Is it safe to connect company confidential documents?

Yes. All data is encrypted during transmission and storage, with strict access controls in place.

## Q: What happens to my data if I delete Wissly?

When you delete your account, index data stored on servers is deleted. Original documents are not affected as they're in folders you manage directly.
