# Search Result Issues

> Solutions when search results don't match expectations or answers are inaccurate

If answers to your questions are inaccurate or you can't find the documents you want, try the following.

## Symptom: Can't Find Related Documents

### 1. Document Not Indexed

  Verify that the folder containing the document is connected. Also check if indexing is complete.

### 2. Question Too Vague

  Ask with more specific keywords or context.

  **Example:** "Find some documents" → "Find 2024 marketing budget documents"

### 3. Written with Different Expressions

  The expressions used in documents may differ from your question. Try asking again with synonyms or different phrasing.

## Symptom: Answer Is Inaccurate

### 1. Check Sources

### 2. Rephrase Your Question

Request the information you want more clearly. Narrow the scope or specify particular documents.

### 3. Follow-Up Questions
