# Sync Issues

> Solutions when document changes aren't reflected

This covers situations where new files are added or existing files are modified in connected folders but aren't reflected in Wissly.

## Symptom: New Files Not Found in Search

### 1. Sync Delay

  It may take time for Wissly to detect and index file changes. Try again after a few minutes.
</Info>

### 2. Folder Outside Connection Scope

<Check>
  Verify that new files are inside connected folders. Subfolders of connected folders are automatically included.
</Check>

### 3. Cloud Sync Not Complete

<Warning>
  When using cloud drives, local sync must complete first. Check sync status in the drive app.
</Warning>

## Symptom: File Modifications Not Reflected

### 1. Verify Save

<Check>
  Verify that the file was saved in the original program.
</Check>

### 2. Manual Refresh

Click the **Refresh** button for that folder in Folder List.

## Symptom: Network Drive Sync Failure
