1. Document Not Indexed

Verify that the folder containing the document is connected. Also check if indexing is complete.

2. Question Too Vague

Ask with more specific keywords or context.Example: “Find some documents” → “Find 2024 marketing budget documents”

3. Written with Different Expressions

The expressions used in documents may differ from your question. Try asking again with synonyms or different phrasing.

Symptom: Answer Is Inaccurate

Click the answer’s sources to verify the original content. AI may have misinterpreted the context.

2. Rephrase Your Question

Request the information you want more clearly. Narrow the scope or specify particular documents.

3. Follow-Up Questions

Supplement the answer with follow-up questions.
"Tell me other related content from the document that sourced the previous answer"

Symptom: Answering with Outdated Information

If there are multiple versions of documents on the same topic, an older version may be referenced.
Specify the time period in your question, such as “most recent” or “2024.”
