This covers situations where new files are added or existing files are modified in connected folders but aren’t reflected in Wissly.

1. Sync Delay

It may take time for Wissly to detect and index file changes. Try again after a few minutes.

2. Folder Outside Connection Scope

Verify that new files are inside connected folders. Subfolders of connected folders are automatically included.

3. Cloud Sync Not Complete

When using cloud drives, local sync must complete first. Check sync status in the drive app.

Symptom: File Modifications Not Reflected

1. Verify Save

Verify that the file was saved in the original program.

2. Manual Refresh

Click the Refresh button for that folder in Folder List.

Symptom: Network Drive Sync Failure

Network Connection

Check connection status.

Drive Mount

Verify the drive is properly mounted.

Read Permissions

Verify you have read permissions.
